The Buyer bears the cost of returning the goods, unless the reason for the return is that the returned goods do not correspond to the goods ordered (e.g. wrong or defective goods).

The buyer must return the goods within 14 days of the request or provide proof that he has handed them over to the carrier within the time limit.

Upon receipt of the cancelled goods, the e-shop will immediately, but no later than 14 days after receipt of the cancellation, refund to the buyer all contractual fees received from the buyer.

The online trader may refuse to make a refund until he receives the goods covered by the contract or until the buyer provides proof that he has returned the goods, whichever occurs first.

If the consumer has explicitly chosen a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery method offered by the online shop, the online shop is not obliged to reimburse the consumer for any costs exceeding those of the standard delivery method.

The online shop has the right to refuse the sale and to demand the return of the goods from the buyer if the price of the goods is significantly lower than the market price due to an error.

Right to lodge a claim

The online shop is liable for the non-conformity of the goods sold to the buyer with the terms of the contract, or for a defect that already existed at the time of delivery of the goods and which has become apparent within two years of the delivery of the goods to the seller. Within the first six months of the delivery of the goods to the buyer, the defect shall be presumed to have existed at the time of delivery. The online shop will respond to the consumer's complaint in writing or in a format that can be reproduced in writing within 15 days.

The online shop will only use the personal data provided by the buyer to process the order and send the goods to the buyer. The online shop transfers personal data to companies providing transport services for the delivery of goods.
