100% mustard oil is an oil of the Sarepta mustard variety (Brassica juncea L.) with a golden yellow colour and a pleasant herbal taste.
The excellent taste and properties of oil make it an indispensable product for those who prefer a healthy and nutritious diet. Oil is rich in monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fats, which help to reduce 'bad' cholesterol and increase 'good' cholesterol levels.
