100% pumpkin seed oil is very useful to enrich your daily diet. Oilika pumpkin seed oil is high in vitamin E - 57.02 mg per 100 ml! To get the daily recommended dose of vitamin E (10 mg), it is sufficient to consume 17 ml or 1 tablespoonful per day.

Taste

Pumpkin seed oil has a beautiful dark brown colour and a pleasant taste. Since the seeds are not processed hot, cold-pressed oil retains its natural and pleasant flavour.

Technology

At Oilika, oil is pressed by hydraulic presses at room temperature using the cold-pressing method, avoiding contact with metal. The cold-pressing method ensures that the temperature of the oil does not exceed 25°C, preserving all the useful properties.

Suitable for both vegetarians and raw foodists.

USE

Oilika cold-pressed pumpkin seed oil adds a delicious pumpkin flavour to your food. Use it:

  • For flavouring cold dishes (salads, sauces).
  • For flavouring already prepared foods (hot dishes, porridges, cooked vegetables).
  • To complement pumpkin dishes such as purees and baked pumpkin.
  • Add to sweet and savoury porridges, replacing butter with vegetable fat.
  • As a sandwich topping for breakfast.
  • For skin care as a base oil or in combination with essential oils.

NB! Cold-pressed oils are sensitive to high temperatures, so Oilika pumpkin oil is not suitable for frying or baking.

STORAGE

To enjoy the perfect taste of pumpkin oil, remember:

  • After purchase, keep the oil in the fridge.
  • Store unopened oil in a cool, dark place, unopened in the fridge.
  • Store the oil in its original packaging - dark glass protects the oil from light and temperature changes.
  • It is recommended to use within 4 months from the date of preparation.
  • After opening, consume within two months.
  • NB! If sediment builds up in the bottle in the fridge, this is normal. Take the oil to room temperature, wait until the sediment disappears, and use the oil. Then put the oil back in the fridge.
